Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)

Provincial nominations offer a promising route to permanent residency.

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) allow p
rovinces and territories of Canada to nominate people who wish to immigrate to Canada and wish to settle in a particular province.

Each province and territory in Canada (except Quebec and Nunavut) has its own Provincial Nominee Program. Each PNP has at least one immigration stream that is aligned with the federal immigrant selection system through Express Entry.

Provincial nominations issued under these Express Entry streams are known as “enhanced nominations” and award candidates an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points.
